We're specialists at property extension, from small, single storey home office extensions to larger, two storey garage extensions with integral annex facilities.
From the initial planning application through to project completion, our experience in all areas of property extensions helps to ensure a smooth building process from start to finish.
From the initial concept, we liaise with the client on all major elements of the building planning and subsequent application, advising on various aspects of the build
to help ensure permission from the authorities is obtained successfully. Project management in each of the services as they would want to run the whole thing, not just do one thing unless a specialist job.
We like to take a project on from the design stage. Using our designated architect we design the new build/extension with the client. Once this is complete we work with the subcontractors to create a quote. (we ask the client to choose kitchens, bathrooms and doors)
We then send the quote to the customer. If they choose to work with us, we then book this in. Depending on the project we can normally fit this in within the year.
